Bright lights. Loud music. Heavy thumping going through my body. Yup. This was my childhood. My dad was a rock guitarist, and traveling with him, I was exposed to rehearsals, gigs, and venues all across Southern California. I would listen to songs and mimic them, then turning them into my own versions on a keyboard my dad bought me in my makeshift studio in my tiny bedroom closet.

My heart is pounding. Palms sweating. It's my piano recital for my Jr. High class. I was the quiet, weird kid. But I did it! Ambition and persistence pushed me. I became a creative rebel. I developed my talents with music, photography, and filmmaking. I took the camera my dad bought me, dressed my dog up in homemade outfits, and put him in imaginary worlds that only I could see. Dogs are awesome! Why not, right?

So now what? Yes, editing. I knew I wanted a career that involved music, using my hands, and my creative storytelling, so my love for filmmaking led me to my passion for film editing. Too bad film isn't literally cut anymore. My hands would love it. I can pretend.

I am a storyteller. My work can have a taste of shock value to pique your interest. It can be dark, mysterious, and sprinkled with humor. It's just like me! Not something you would expect from a shy girl, I know. Once you get to know me, though, watch out! You might wish you had known me all your life! I dare you to know me.
